90 days isn't even that long to be waiting, it will stay at review of evidence until it goes to pending decision approval. Just be patient like everyone else and it will change

Yes 90 days isn't that long but my MSC said that it should've been done around this time considering my conditions. Only have 1 referred and 2 claimed and the claimed are really minor so my case isn't complex at all. It was just a question since my IDES dashboard has been inaccurate.

FYI… I read up on the "Gulf war" thing and apparently the authorization for veterans to receive compensation for "wartime" is still considered "gulf war" and has been since 1990's. It DOES NOT mean you are combat related. It just means that your injuries were incurred during a time of war. Which we have really almost been at war with someone since the 90's. I think that is why it never changed.

Yeah thats what im waiting on because the ptsd, my shoulder, and my back should all be considered combat related. I am sure it will work its self out once it goes thru the proper channels. I am still really early in the approval process. My ratings are done and i was able to get them thru some back channels but my peblo still doesnt have them and my ebenefits still says pending approval dec.

Pointless. They aren't going to say anything different than an iris inquiry. I did presidential! And nothing came about of it.

Yeah bro. A congressional I started in November just got back the letter last week from it. It said absolutely nothing!!! The senators aid did it for me and he was awesome. Calling my VSO and calling Seattle. But the only one has the power to move shit is the system. Sucks real bad.

Any PEBLO should let their soldiers know that they can contact the Transition/Retirement Office regarding their name coming up on TRANSPOC

Many will sit and wait for a phone call that they can make on their own

Indeed, exactly my point-of-fact as echoed by my PEBLO who performed his duties flawless; no issues with him at least from me!

To that extent, DoD IDES participants should still remain positively proactive upon their acceptance of the DA Form 199 or similar Service specific document for sure in my opinion.

I signed my DA 199 on the 12th, my PEBLO transmitted it back to PEB on the 17th, PEB sent it to PDA on the 18th, PDA received it on the 19th. PDA confirmed on the 24th that they had it and that an analyst was working on it. Fort Myer confirmed today they had not received a TRANSPOC III message yet. I've found all the POCs, just no message yet.

Indeed, it's only a matter of time before receipt of TRANSPOC-III notification at your local military Transition Office/RSO for sure.

As such, it took HQ USAPDA a total of 15 calendar days to review and obtain approval from SecArmy via USAHRC for my particular DoD IDES case.

Got the paperwork from the Illinois DVA i think i know what is says but im not sure so i sent it to my peblo and i am just waiting on the word back. its either 90% or 100% but its the differance in over a $1000 a month

Peblo just called and say they rated it at 100% both sides va and army. I know this is just the proposed ratings before it goes to DA and it could be changed but im really hoping its not.

My final out day will be on th 12th of march. I was hoping sooner but I finally know 11 days and a wake up!!

As such, my final out day is 5 March 2014 and I should have my military disability retirement orders on 28 February 2014 per the RSO!

Hmm, for sure, my military unit needs to "get in high gear" with all of my favorable personnel actions at this point; no excuses now!

I do have one question for everyone?? Im reading the paperwork my VSO printed off of the va website it shows all of my ratings and stuff. At the top it has a box that says legacy codes and has a 1 under combat code.
Also under almost all of the ratings it says
PEB Referred Proposed DES Service Connected, Gulf War, Incurred then it has the rating

Hmm, during your DoVA C&P Examination for PTSD, did the clinician ask about your PTSD stressor(s)?

In retrospect, upon my review of the results for the PTSD DoVA C&P Examination, the clinician list four PTSD stressors the feedback to her questions about my combat experiences. It's definitely more but that was a good start since my symptomatology was going in a downward spiral at that point and especially since it was very obvious that the VA clinician had other motives and was a pure idoit!

Nonetheless, the DoVA D-RAS determines military service connection for all claimed medical conditions. Then, the USAPDA PEB must adopt the DoVA D-RAS rating(s) for all PEB referred unfitting condition(s), determine if any unfitting condition(s) are combat-related, and adjudicate a finding for placement onto a specific disability retirement list (e.g., PDRL or TDRL).

That all said, you should be ok if the PTSD stressor(s) were properly annotated by the clinician who performed your DoVA C&P Examination at the point in time.
