well today i get off the phone w/my new PEBLO and he states that my IPEB is ready to go to the board all i have to do is sign my 618. i ask him "but i already did that on 13 feb 2009, what has been going on for the past 6 months?" He had no clue. he is a new civ. that they hired so by no means is it his fault. he faxed me over the documents including the commanders impact statement which was dated july 2009. so you mean to tell me that they did the paperwork for the PEB on 13 feb 2009, i wait for months and then they do the CC impact statement in july and they don't tell me. WTF!!! i was kind of caught off guard by all of this. i'm not as crazy as i thought i'd be. i guess it still hasn't kicked in yet. i have to do a new letter of exception on my behalf just so it's updated. since the last one was months ago. i am REALLY @ a loss for words. i had even filed a congressional a few months ago and in their reply they clearly stated that my IPEB would be done NLT august of 2009. more lies! i am still awaiting a response to my rebuttal of their reply on the congressional. the one good thing to come out of this is that they finally granted me an IMA. but once again i did my request for an IMA in feb. that's enough rambelling for now. i could go on for days w/this S#!t

So what you're telling us is that everything is being like RESTARTED FOR REAL. Man I am sorry dude. Complete and utter bull..well I do my best not to swear. You know, you should just walk down there, tell them you'll handle your case for now on. Be your own darn PEBLO, then march your booty to the Commander, get his statement. Maybe a few friends statements (and bring a tape recorder). Then make 8 copies of your records, since everyone you give em to will say WE DONT HAVE THEM. Man, it would be so nice if you/us could do that on our own. Heck, my CO told me "OH ITS GOING TO TAKE DAYS FOR THE SCO TO SIGN YOUR LEAVE FORM!!!" Ummm....sir I have like 1 day til it needs to be signed. Would have been three but the day I gave it to you, you lost it SIR! See there comes a time when we should be able to call like "INDEPENDANT" on things and just go whip out what we need to.

You know what I did Nick, went to my Commander's Secretary and she stamped his signature to the leave orders..LOL..it was great, she was like..if you need anything else signed let me know. I think she just wanted to get in my pants but its all good!
As far as the PEBLO situation, they are spineless puss that should be put up against a wall and shot. My PEBLO told me for one "I could only put one condition in the application." then went to say "when you get out, don't expect much, you might get 10% at the most for back spasms, I got the same conditions and im at 30%." LMAO..proved that bitch wrong, im at 100%. 40% for my DDD and 70% for PTSD, 10% for GERD, and Hypertension at 0%. Make sure you have done your homework and added everything you possibly can to your IPEB.

You may want to ask your PEBLO to talk to someone at the IPEB office to see if they will be able to expedite your case. I know, sometimes it would take your CC to talk to those here at AFPC IPEB to see if they can move this quickly since you have been waiting for this long. I really do hope in the end they take care of you man! I am sorry you have been brought through hell and back again. Please again, keep us posted on what you find out soon.
