I am currently waiting for 199 cases that have been at the PEB for 8+ weeks, and I was wondering if anyone has ever had a working copy of their DD214. if so what do i do to get it? need this for a job offer.

You won't get your DD214 until much later. You need to sign off on DA199. Then HRC will process paperwork and retirement orders to include pay codes for DFAS. You get your DD214 at retirement services when you out-process. This is where you sign your DD214, SBP elections, etc. You typically out process at your Active duty Army base. If you are Reserve or NG they will have you do it at the nearest location to you. Out processing usually starts a few days before starting PTDY and terminal leave if you have any to use.
Tracking thanks for the heads up, just waiting on that 199. Some federal agencies require a working DD214 was just wondering if someone knew what that was. CHAT GPT is under the impressions it’s a thing I’ll go to my unit to figure that out.
I received a DD214 marked DRAFT, but it was for the purpose of reviewing it for accuracy. I received it the last day of terminal leave.
