Does anyone have examples of what verbiage a witness statement should have in it? I’m writing them for leadership, supervisors, and others to sign. Leadership gave me the green light to do so and they will sign. I just need any examples of effective witness statements or a post that explains how they should be written. ODC lawyer gave me templates/fill in the blank; however, I want to know if it’s better when they are brief or do they need to be detailed like a story?
