that was provided when my MEB packet was submitted? Or will they look at new cases as well?

My MEB condition is my knee. My packet was submitted by my PEBLO and I was found unfit by the MEB. While waiting for the PEB my knee started to feel better so I went to sick call cause I was going to fight it, but I was very wrong and my knee is still really bad. Will the PEB see those new statements about my knee feeling better and use it to find me fit? Or will they base there decision on the oringal packet and medical documentation submitted by my PEBLO
Basically, I'm shooting for an unfit decision still, and don't want that new documentation to screw me over and get found fit
Typically they will base their decision on the recommendations of the medical doctors who evaluate you. They use both treatment records as well as the compensation and pension exam to rate the condition.
If it is a single knee, the chances of being unfit are pretty good if the condition precludes you from performing duties which are consistent with your job and rank.
If the MEB found you unfit, it is not likely the PEB will find you fit.
