Mail. If the date is close bring it with you I would go with a VSO as well be very careful what you say in those hearings let the VSO do most of the talking.
Thank you sir, dont have a hearing yet but wanted to make sure that when the DRO first views my case he’ll also be looking at the documents i mailed in.
