I received my last correspondence on 11 May 2015 stating my application had been transferred to the BDBR for adjudication.

If I received an increase in my VA disability since that correspondence is it possible this is the hold up?

My original application was sent mid 2014.

I finally Emailed today. How long to get a reply in your experience.

I am in the same boat! Our docket numbers start off just the same. I received an email on 11 May 2015 stating the same information that you received. I email PDBR Board on 12 January 2016 and this was the response that I received:

Your case is currently being processed in preparation for review and adjudication, and it will likely be several more months before it is adjudicated. Your case will be adjudicated in turn, in the order that it was received. Once adjudicated, it will go through final PDBR processing which includes an administrative review and PDBR signature. When completed, our recommendation will be sent to the Army for their determination. Once the Army receives our recommendation and makes their determination, they will contact you via letter with their final decision.

I am guessing and hoping that I hear something by May.

OK. Thanks for that info. I'm hoping that I hear some thing soon as well. I'm also hoping that my recent increase will be considered as well. When the 11 May 2015 letter was send my VA rate was 40%. I'm now at 90% and hoping that this has some bearing on my PDBR.

Anyone ever got a reply like this? Im hoping a favorable outcome.

Sir,

We are working to complete your case as quickly as possible, and it will likely be a few more weeks until it is forwarded to the Army for their final decision. They in turn will likely take two months or more to process and notify you of their decision.

Very Respectfully,

Physical Disability Board of Review

I am in the same boat as everyone else. My initial paperwork was received by the PDBR in Feb of 2014 and I haven't heard anything to date. I have not even received the "Letter" they claim you receive when adjudication begins.

Did you check your email especially your spam/junk folder? When I received my letter, I got it via email. I received the email in May 2015 that my case was sent to adjudication.

I dont have the same email that I did when I submitted the paperwork

Since my paperwork got sent to the Army, I haven't heard anything after writing them at the beginning of the month, it's getting a little discouraging because they have had my paperwork since December.my 2014 #032

yes, except the email I received they said they couldn't give me any details of the case and that it was already adjudicated.

I have not heard anything yet. Its' been over a year since my last received correspondence.

The PDBR reading room is back online. You can see if your case has been uploaded.

I found mine and I got retirement. Was sent to the Army in November and I haven't received a thing from them. You can't talk to anyone there, it is just a recording. And they never respond to my emails.

I bet their building is probably locked down to visitors, as well. Air Force isn't much better. Congrats on getting retirement!
