What if your conditions are both TDRL and PDRL?

Howdy, just doing some nightly overthinking here and ran across a question I cannot seem to find an answer to. Navy AD 9 years.

I am referred to IDES for MH but getting a physical condition added. Based off the 38 CFR, my physical condition should be rated 60% by the VA, and it has been chronic since 2019 and unresponsive to treatment. On the MH side, from my understanding most MH cases are given TDRL by the DoD. So my question for hypotheticals is say both MH and my physical condition are found unfit. In this hypothetical determination, say that MH is determined TDRL but my physical condition is PDRL; which outcome would prevail for my DoD determination? Also would love any instructions or policies for reference. Thank you!

To muck up the water a little, the VA can also have some ratings that require a second look. The exams focus of the ratings that require reexamination.

The answer is your PDRL condition is static and won't change. Your TDRL condition will be evaluated at some point and you will need to continue to seek treatment until they change it to PDRL. Hopefully your TDRL condition will stay the same rating or increase.

If you max out PDRL conditions at 75% or higher than they will change your TDRL condition to PDRL. This happened to my wife. She had 2 physical conditions both rated at 50% each. So her mental health was PDRL too because it didn't matter or affect her over all rating.
