I am AD Air Force and was just diagnose with multiple sclerosis and might be going through MEB/PEB. I am wondering what happens if I was found fit and return to duty? The military doctors have put me on medication for MS. But when I seperate next year, how I will pay for my medications and my healthcare since this is service connected?

I just did a search in google and it pulled up this info. If the VA decides that your MS is service related your medical expenses should be covered.

Fit/unfit is very different from "Service Connected. " The VA can compensate you for SC injuries/illness. You can apply for medical care through the VA for SC illness. If you are 50% or more, you can get all your health care through the VA. The VA sends RXs through the mail. A "fit" decision does not change the fact that the MS was diagnoses while on AD, which makes it Service Connected.
According to the Medical Standards Directory, MS is an unfitting condition.
