What does this mean on my NARSUM rated me CMDDw/PP Onset and PTSD??

I got my AF 618 back and I am confused are they possible returning me back or retiring me both conditions are administrative line of duty and did not exist prior to service they also marked referred to informal IPEB. I am writing a letter of exception to my moderate inconsistencies with the narrative and requesting a partial review as well but afraid it might get worse. I am not sure if I should dispute the diagnosis and findings, I guess that's better that a personality disorder that they often give out. I didn't receive any ratings from the VA is that after the board? I thought I would get my NARSUM with the diagnosis and ratings?
 
You should receive a copy of your NARSUM along with your 618. I would request an impartial review to allow you the opportunity to have a second set of eyes on the MEB, but more importantly to allow you to rebut the MEB and trigger the obligation for the MEB Convening Authority to respond to your concerns.

That said, I don't know what is on your AF Form 618. So, it is hard/impossible to tell if the 618 is favorable or not.
 
Ratings will come after the IPEB receives the case, makes an initial determination about unfitting conditions, and provides the case to the VA/DRAS for rating.
