Have you checked on vets.gov to see if your claim has closed. Your PEBLO won't know until your ratings until your 199 comes from the PEB. Unless he/she communicates with your MSC, that is.

It still says Gathering Evidence on vets.com. Everyone keeps mentioning MSC, who exactly is this? I have only ever had contact with my PEBLO from Ft. Stewart.

Your MSC (Military Service Coordinator) is the VA rep that helped you fill out your claim prior to your C&P exams. He/she is also the person that scheduled those exams. Your PEBLO has nothing to do with VA they work for the Army. Your MSC will be able to see your proposed ratings long before your PEBLO.

Thank you, I feel stupid for having to ask. I only talked to that person on the phone, he is also at Ft. Stewart and I am down in Florida. I will give him a call on Monday. Thanks again

Don't feel stupid. You'd be surprised how many times I've answered that same question. I was lucky and my MSC is located close to my duty station so I met him in person and he's a really good dude. My PEBLO is antisocial and doesn't even like to talk on the phone...lol

My PEBLO is the same way, he will not return phone calls, and when he calls me I only get a voicemail, there is never even a missed call on my phone, just a voicemail. Not sure how he does that, but three calls in a row have been just like that. It is so hard when you are 5-6 hour drive away from the person who is supposed to be helping you through this process.
Hang in there fellas! I am now at 67 days at the "PEB Findings" and still no DA 199. I called the local Ombudsman and he said he would look into my case and call me back a few days ago. Still no response.
My file has been at the VA for around 60 days now, received a call today that they want me to come in on Monday for a follow up as they have more questions for me. Wonder how long it will take after this. Anyone else had to go back in months after your initial exams? I did my C&P Exams back in January.
I started the Meb Process 8 May 2017 thru Camp Atterbury, IN and my case was forwarded to the Peb on 16 June 2017 to Washington D.C. My PEBLO told me this process could take between 4 to 5 months before we could hear anything. I'm in the Missouri Army National Guard with almost 19 years towards Retirement. I have been involuntarily extended for over 5 years now. This has been a very stressing process. Good Luck!!
I guess in certain instances the Active Duty Meb/Peb is faster! I had a buddy that went thru the entire process in less than 6 months!! He got severance pay instead of Medical Retirement! The Army National Guard Meb/Peb process seems to drag since everybody tends to take their time. Example: My LOD module was dormant for 2 years, just waiting for a signature. And I found out that it wasn't even in my Brigade, it was in a Supply company. Good Luck National Guard/Reserve Brothers! It will all be over soon!
So I am at 90 days in the PEB Findings. I finally received a good contact for the NCR PEB and received a good status regarding my DA 199. It was indeed Lost/Stuck in their transition to a new system, which pisses me off because I asked my PEBLO to call and ensure this was not the case over a month ago. Of course, he ensured that it was not lost and to be patient.
So the PEB informed me that my packet is now moving in the system and I should receive my 199 within the next two weeks....
We will see. I was told the time to receive separation orders can take up to 5 weeks...
