Okay so although I have been reading the many postings on this an other forums I have not read anything like what happened to me today. I recently was adjudicated by the PDBR and recommended for 30% disability retirement. I was told they send the packet to the Service in my case US Army. Two weeks later I was contacted and told they could not find a copy of my seperation DD214 or my seperation order. I sent them both documents. Then I waited. I call yesterday and they said they could not find any information on my. Today it got worse and I was told my packet had been lost and they would contact the transition team. So in my case the PDBR did their job and sent it. The transition team received it. And now the Army says they lost it. Ugh. Anyone else experience this. My case was adjudicated on 9/5/2012 so I was wondering when would I hear anything from the Army.
