For those of you that have received your FPEB hearing date via telephone, when did you decline your waitings and how long did it take to get notified for your board date? I declined mine end of March.
 
I waived my right to an in person hearing in 15 April and was schedule may 19 for a June 3 FPEB. Hang in there the wait is no fun
 
Waiting for someone else to make a significant decision about your life is never fun.
 
I have an FPEB board via phone scheduled for July. Because of social distancing, I was not able to get all the appointments I wanted, thus I feel I am not prepared for the FPEB. Can I request my PEBLO to reschedule it in three months? Will the board consider my request? Thanks.

Regarding your question I think you could say you’ve changed your mind and want an in person FPEB. That will push you out several months(if not longer) most likely. I don’t think they’ll just reschedule your telephone for another telephonic.

Talk to your attorney and have him/her reschedule on your behalf.
