Completed all of my QTC exams by 30MAR23 and I still do not have a NARSUM. Does anyone know who to contact for help? Tried PEBLO, VERA, and DAV all no help. My MSC switched out and have no contact number for the new person, not even a name.

When you contact the VA what do you even say? Hey I’m ___ and I would like to know if my ratings are complete?Just talked to the VA and they said I have a rater assigned and are almost complete with my ratings. I was under the impression that the NARSUM was part of the rating process? I am so lost lol.

I tell them that I am going through IDES, that I filed my claim, completed all of my C&P exams and am being told by my PEBLO that the VA has not released my exams as of yet. I have been calling around and I think I isolated the issue. It appears to be that two of the OptumServe contractors have yet to submit my exam results to the VA. I would have thought that someone would have noticed that it has been two months since exam with no results and reached out to the clinics by now, but I am going to contact them directly.When you contact the VA what do you even say? About time. Sheesh. Lol yes. Mine was sent and now I am at the evidence gathering, review and decision status.Finally got a NARSUM, now the fun begins, right??
