If the PEBLO's tracker says "Unfit for Duty", does this mean that decision is automatically sent to the VA?

In theory it should be, but I did see someone mention in a different thread that AFPC hadn’t sent their case to DRAS and somehow it had slipped through the cracks.

Ignore the second claim in the list, it’s because I had noticed on my profile only my spouse was listed under my Dependents and not my child, so I had opened a claim to add my daughter, too.

Yeah, that's what I saw and what had me worried. But also, I think VA tells everyone that they're waiting for unfit decision from IPEB before they can assign a proposed rating and then one day it just happens.

Congrats! Now for that DOD rating and orders. Should be quick.

My claim has moved a little bit, they told me the status changed from "Pending Unfit for Duty decision" to "Pending Proposed Rating". Which means VA finally got the decision and hopefully it'll be assigned to a rater soon.

Wow you got orders quick. How does the DOS work? My PEBLO is terrible at explaining this part to me. I just signed my 1180 last week and should receive orders soon. Is the dos determined only from your ptdy and terminal leave available?

I had to fill out a worksheet at the same time I signed my 1180, and it had spots for terminal leave and for ptdy dates. They calculate it as leave + ptdy + 15 days from the final decision date, but you can request an earlier date on the bottom of the sheet (I did, and they went with my requested date after first getting endorsement from MPF since it was less than 30 days from the day the order is cut)

So 15 days from decision, not from date of receiving orders?
 
I think in most cases both are on the same day (my orders came within an hour of the final disposition), but the final disposition notice did say allow up to 24 hours for orders to load. But yes, 15 + leave + ptdy from the day you are notified of the final disposition and DOS. If it is less than 30 days today, they have to route it through MPF first.
