VONAP and eBenefits

I am very early in the process of my MEB. I received a letter in the mail from the VA basically giving me a file number. My question is do I need to go on to eBenefits and fill out the VONAP? I went on there and poked around a bit and came to a spot where it asked for my ETS or termination date, which I do not have and I can't get past that point. Am I being too proactive?

5/16/13 - referral to MEB
5/20/13 - PEBLO counseling
5/21/13 - MEB briefing
5/22/13 - Pre C&P interview and meeting with VA MSC

You don't need to fill out VONAP. Your claim is being handled through IDES. Your C&P exams are going to be scheduled by the MSC. You should just use Ebenefits to monitor things right now, do research and make sure all your address and banking information is correct.
