My question is, is there any other schooling benefits that my Father can use?

First does he have any ratings?

If not, get that process started. Get him set up with an ebenefits account and he can apply for voc rehab on there. If he has a combat related disability of 10% or more, he can qualify for the program. The worst that can happen is they say no.
