I went to see my VA rep a couple weeks ago...She said she went through my file and names all the chronic conditions i could claim...I told her that I had other condition not listed in my medical records more than once that I has appointment or have mentioned to my Physician in the TMC and could I add those to the list also, she said I could not that the form she was filling out was only for CHRONIC conditions that could be proved with medical records and since the others werent considered chronc we couldnt add them and that I would be able to claim them once I got out if I had proficient medical evidence, I then signed thte form stating I could not add any more conditions on there unless it was sleep apnea. I then went to a legal brief a couple days later and the legal CPT stated that we are to name EVERYTHING we think is wrong with us on that form no matter what the rep tell you and he also added not to let them tell you that you can claim it once you get out. Is the VA Rep not telling my the truth or does it depend on the severity of the condition...WILL I STILL BE ABLE TO CLAIM THESE OTHER CONDITIONS ONCE I GET OUT OF THE ARMY EVEN THOUGH I DIDNT NAME THEM ON THE FORM THE VA NOW HAS IN THEIR POSSESSION? #Worried.
