VA Reconsideration in .. and it is GREAT!

Hello All;

I have GREAT NEWS. I did a VA reconsideration on my case and submitted it on January 19 with all of my supporting letters and documents asking for an increase in my ratings. Prior to I was awarded 40 % PDRL and 80% VA, I thought that I may have been low balled and decided to do a VA reconsideration. Well, I got my reconsideration back today and I got 80% PDRL and 100% VA! I know that it is not T and P, I don't think. But, I would deal with that feat later. I am ascetically happy right now!

Glad everything worked out for you. I assume you asked for the reconsideration at the IPEB level, correct?
 
Yes, I did. I submitted it on 19 JAN, rec'd at IPEB on 23 JAN, and rec'd back with new rating on 03 Feb .. and I was notified yesterday. I thought that it went rather quickly. The lawyer at JAG was very effective in assisting me write my reconsideration letter and providing my case.
