VA ratings and ebenefits/VA.gov

I was told by my peblo that on both websites it would show my progress through the VA process. I have tried both and it shows 0 claims. I called the VA and they said I was in the decision phase about 1.5 weeks ago and i check the websitesw daily with the same issue. Is this normal? also how long does it take from the decision phase to have it sent back to the DOD?
