New in the forum and have a question. Is anyone else in the same status as me? (status below.) According to the VA site they mailed out the packet but I haven't received anything yet and tomorrow is the 10th day. Will they cover the results over the phone or attempt to mail it again?
We finished reviewing your claim on April 5, 2021. We sent you a packet by U.S. mail that includes details of the decision on your claim. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your packet to arrive before contacting a VA call center. If you haven’t received the packet with the full details of your claim decision yet, you can see your rating by going to your disability page in eBenefits
Any input will be greatly appreciated and hopefully it is posted on the correct Forum.
