VA kicking in???

I retired at the end of February so I'm at my 90 days (I was in the pilot program). My case is being held under the New Jersey office. I was curious how long it took for others VA to kick in? The eBenefits website has said Pending Decision Approval for quite some time.

Contact DAV, they should be able to let you know a better understanding of the status of your claim
 
I take by your statements and question that you were medically retired under the IDES program and infer that you are collecting DOD retirement pay with a Temporary VA Rating and are awaiting your formal VA Rating which will mean that your VA Compensation would begin (as would your offset).

In my case the announcement letter came shortly after seeing Pending Decision on the ebenefits site. It is my understanding that 120 days is average but some come earlier and some come later... I think your in good shape and should have your announcement news soon ;)
