VA.GOV and EBenefits don't match

Good evening,

Has anyone had VA.GOV and EBenefits reflect conflicting information? My VA.GOV says information gathering stage, but my EBenefits says preparation for decision.

My unfit was 26DEC19. Awaiting ratings.

You're probably at preparing for a decision. Mines had the same thing with a decision date of the 12th, now they both say preparing for decision with a date of the 15th.

E-benefits will stay lagged at this point until you get out as will VA.gov, the next step will be when you upload dd-214 paperwork and all of the "cases" can be finalized.
