I received an exam for lower back pain. MRI showed stenosis. Doctor said I bent over to pick something up on the way out, and bent further than during exam. This is a lie. What can be done? What happens when future examiners see this? In general, they minimize my pain issues even though I have disk degeneration in neck and stenosis in back. I think they just try to throw a wrench in there because they know I probably qualify for benefits. VA is vicious these days.

If I was unsatisfied I'd talk to the ombudsman.
I did that last week and she told me to "wait another week" and she would update me on the status. She seems a little shady like...just gonna take the VA's side but who knows. At what point do I get legal representation? Anyone had any experience with letting lawyers do the work?
