update: Found fit for duty
I got my way. After appealing the reduction in percentage and severance pay, I have been found fit for duty from TDRL. I guess it is possible if you have the right peopl working with you.
I was on TDRL for PTSD and Asthma, but proved that the asthma was more than likely the typical breathing problems that most Soldiers have after deployments. Do well on your PFT's and get an updated Methacholine challenge on record before your packet gets sent for review. I learned the hard way, but I had help along the way. Thanks Jason and Xeno, for the advice on things. If anyone needs help with anything let me know, I may not be a subject matter expert like some on here, but I just got done fighting this battle.
