Unsuitable Condition?

Hello,

I just received my narrative summary today and the DAWG called for a full MEB. Though I am confused because the DAWG replied YES to “DAWG has reviewed the referred condition and determined that it is NOT an unsuiting condition”.... Does this mean they are saying my condition is suitable?

I don’t understand how they can say it is suitable and my condition imposes unreasonable requirements of the military, but then say I need a full MEB.. someone please explain!

Some conditions require an MEB regardless of what the DAWG thinks about your condition. Example: Airman Snuffy has a heart attack. After 6 weeks of convalescence, he/she can perform all duties. The DAWG believes he/she is fit, but is nonetheless requires to forward the case to the MEB.
