To make a long story short,
Out of Navy flight program. and if i wasnt flying i didnt want to be in the navy anymore. Requested for IRR and at my POCR board i got just that. Meanwhile, I go to the doctor to continue to be seen for my issues, he decides to med board me before I separated IRR.
The situation has been that PERS keeps extending my orders every two months until the result of my MEDBOARD. However, for some reason this time they want to see the instruction for extending/canceling orders before another extension.
“BLUF: LTJG XXX will need to separate under his current orders for 2403. The SVM has already been extended and there is no authority for him to remain on active duty. All medical related items found in the separation physical will be referred to the Veterans Affairs.”
Im in a unique situation and looking to see if anyone knows the solution to my problem. My PEBLO has told me to reach out to my lawyer, but he's not sure my lawyer knows how to handle this as well.
Anyone out there got anything?
