When I had my appointment with my VA Rep originally and had to put down all the conditions that I wanted the VA to rate me for in February, I basically forgot to put a couple down. I was overwhelmed because I have so many things that have gone wrong with me in the last 3 years or so, and I felt kind of "put on the spot" to remember them all. Even reading from the AHLTA note diagnoses section (which is 2 pages long). So I forgot to put a Morton's Neuroma in my "not as bad" foot (the other had surgery), impingement syndrome in my "not as bad shoulder (the other had surgery), a "torn plica" and fluid in my L knee (MRI report in my record), and allergic rhinitis (It's treated with zyrtec and nasonex, so I kind of forget about it, but if it wasn't, I'd be in bad shape, but it's on my AHLTA records). I had my VA appointments, and the Ortho doc said to tell the VA rep to add the other foot's morton's neuroma, and the knee and shoulder, and the GP said to tell the VA rep is just blowing me off.
Does anyone know how you can get that stuff added in. I know none of it will make me unfit. I just want to make sure that I get it recorded for VA ratings for it because it is all service related most likely and I have over 8 active years. Do I have to do an additional claim? I mean, they are still doing endocrine tests on me, what if they find something else? My NARSUM appointment with the Doc is on May 13th (I'm at Fort Meade WTU)
