I recently reviewed all my paperwork with my ratings and percentages from the VA. They broke down each claim and gave me the percentage and why it could have been this or that.
Now say at the moment I don't have any medical evidence to be like hey thats not right I actually qualify for more but don't have the evidence. It is then possible that after terminal date is over I can start seeking treatment for the claims which stated that I didn't have sufficient evidence in an attempt to apply for a rating reconsideration..I believe they call this supplementary evidence that wasn't available at the initial claim. I feel that I am very close to getting that 100 but need to get some medical proof for some of the claims.
Am i headed in the right direction with this mindset? By accruing new evidence for the claims that are already stated and shown that happened in military service but didn't get a good look or rating because of the lack of evidence. If I make supplementary claim review for higher ratings sometime in the future I should have a shot right?
