My PEBLO is at Camp Lejeune. Well their office is here but it takes an act of congress to get a hold of them.
How long was your package at the VA for ratings?
VA had my package from October until December 15th when claim was completed and forwarded to the PEB. PEB notified me today of all my ratings.
When were you notified of unfit finding?
I was actually never notified officially of my unfit finding. I figured it out on my own through the process when my findings were transferred to the VA for ratings. I did not even speak to a PEBLO until earlier this month, I started the whole process back in May 2015 but the PEB did not accept my package for review until September 17, 2015.
My PEBLO is Mark Arthur, but the Gunny's that are supposed to be giving our ratings are Gunny Justice and a new Gunny I don't know
Yeah I havnt been able to get a hold of the Gunny's either. which sucks but I do have other means to find out information. I just found out yesterday from the VA that my proposed ratings should be done this week.
@jsigler08 have you heard anything about your seperation orders?
I signed to accept my ratings yesterday, I decided to meet with Mr.Lao (the lawyer here) to go over my paperwork before signing. If you're at PENDLETON I would recommend seeing him, he knows his stuff. Gunny Miles said I should have my new EAS in two weeks and should be out within 70-90 days, of course terminal and the 20 days for house hunting are included in that. I have 50 days of leave stocked up. Already starting my check out process today.

I just signed and accepted my findings. Apparently they go back to the PEB before being sent to PERS for orders to be cut. Hopefully this part of the board is alot faster. I picked March 30th with a goal of checking out of my command by March 3rd so I can move that weekend and start my new job the 7th.
I have heard that the PEB takes the longest (1-2 weeks) in this phase of the game and PERS only takes 1-2 days before the EAS change shows in MOL. Gunny Miles told me to just check my BIR on MOL every day and the change should show typically within 2 weeks. Best of luck.
So once the EAS changes then you can get orders? or that again falls on the PEB?

No changes yet on my MOL as far as the EAS is concerned...how about you Osbel?
