Signed DA199 today. 28 days for PEB findings.
Congrats on signing that finally. I made an account on vets.gov, said the claim was closed on 17MAY. Ebenefits says gathering evidence.

So I received my ratings after a month over. 40/90 which is good then I talked to my lawyer who stated that my VA disability percentage calculations are wrong I should get 100. She stated she did the calculations twice but everything I saw on my proposed ratings and using the online disability calculator plus the 4 conditions that are bilateral still came up to 90. Regardless she says that I should talk to my VAR and but stated that the Army is giving me medical retirement permanent. I guess I go in and sign the DA 199 next week.

Don't know enough about the specific details of your case to provide much input. Congratulations on the retirement finding!
Not sure about the advice to "talk about the VAR," sound like maybe the advice is to submit a VA Rating Reconsideration Request (VARR). Maybe that is a good choice. Again, don't know enough to weigh in on this.

If you have any questions, please free to ask. Best of luck to you in the future!

So, knowing that everyone is waiting for orders to come after they signed their DA 199, I will just wait patiently until I can't wait no more. And then I will wait some more!
