Is there anyone to call and track or speak to other than the PEBLO to find out if your case was received?

What branch of service are you in? I am in the Air Force and had to call the Disability section of AF Personnel Center and speak directly with my case manager. Ask your PEBLO who your case manager is. If he/she can't or won't help you, you can always go to your Patient Advocate too. Hope this helps!
