I was told that I was unfit oct 3rd and my va account states that my claim was closed on the 21st of oct. How long has it been taking to get ratings after that?

Oh also I got a letter from the VA stating that I could file for three more conditions. Should I wait to file them after I get my ratings or can I file them now?
 
Talk to your MSC (the VA rep that met with you). He/she should provide a way forward. If these conditions are likely unfitting, I would press the MSC hard to amend your claim.
