Will update as available, last few updates are a little confusing to me but being on an Army base as a Marine seems to foster that.

We have pretty much the same timeline, my case has been sitting in Providence since Feb 28, and MOL says Apr 1 accepted by peb. Have you heard any updates on your case, I just called the VA and they said nothing shows on their end and the MSC said to just keep waiting... hopefully soon we hear something

I actually just spoke to my MSC and my case is still at the Corpus Christi but also said my case is at the PEB awaiting an unfit determination prior to DRAS processing. Honestly I keep just getting the run around on what’s going on with it as if no one actually knows.

My attorney said i got found unfit feb 28 and was with the VA, but i was told today when i called the MSC and VA that the VA doesn't have it and my stuff is sitting in providence so idek really what to believe anymore lmao just a whole game of a broken system.

I just got an email from Ava Wilson at Corpus Christi essentially saying the adjudication for the IPEB to be found fit or unfit is taking 4- weeks on average and the rating process is running 6-8 weeks on average. So unfortunately, way out of the timeline I received and was hoping for.

My stuff went up to the PEB on March 7th and my VA claim closed on April 10th. It is still possible that it will move through quicker than expected. I am still waiting to hear back from my PEBLO about my proposed ratings, but at least the adjudication and rating part is complete. Hang in there.

claim closed today on VA website, i guess just waiting on call to sign
No way, congratulations!

I actually called Mr.Johnson at the PEB today and he said he got my ratings from the VA tuesday and to expect my IPEB to be finished in 2 weeks. He said they started mine as a parallel but there were some hiccups with changes at the VA. So who knows honestly.

Hell yea dude! Hopefully we hear something soon and get moving on for this process. Keep me posted on what happens!

Claim closed today. Called MSC and she said to expect rating next week from the PEBLO and I should be “very happy”

Did you ever get your findings back?

How long after you signed did your retirement date update?
I signed on the 16th of April and received my NLT date of 17 July on the 21st of April so it took about five days. I then adjusted my retirement date on the 22nd of April to the 25th of June. I start terminal leave next monday.
