08/26/24- counseled by my unit & elected IDES board.
Long time of not hearing anything back.
04/11/25- assigned a PEBLO
04/14/25- IDES initial telephonic briefing
05/01/25- C&P exam
05/13/25- MEB packet was sent to me to review and send documents back
Left in the dark for a long time
09/25/25- reached out & was told my case is still at the PEB pending VA ratings
10/09/25- VA claims closed
10/28/25- DA 1999 came in. 50% DOD permanent retirement 90% VA rating. Concurred with findings and sent it back signed.
10/29/25- PEBLO confirmed they got it back and said my case will be reviewed by the physical disability agency & within 1-2 days my PDA orders will be posted and emailed to me and my unit and will let me know when my last day in the army is.
That’s all the info I got as of now.
For context I was active duty initially but currently on a national guard contract. I had a 90% VA rating before this process even started. They still scheduled C&P exams and my rating stayed the same on the VA side. Any questions feel free to ask.
