nothing. Not even service connected. It said a blurb about it was not service connected because i was never diagnosed. Although it was in my records and I had issues with it prior

My claim went to preparation for decision today seems like yours went pretty fast. But what is the second claim for that ive been seeing? are they supposed to open a new claim too?
Once the PEB determines that you are unfit your case goes to the VA for ratings. This is when the second claim is opened in ebenefits. It is the VA rating all your conditions and then once they are done they send it to the PEB. This is when the second claim closes. Your original claim stays open and is finalized once you separate and provide the VA with your DD214
