In my evaluation, is it possible that I will be found fit for duty? I received a knee replacement, and feel great, with almost full motion. My PTSD is still as bad as it's always been, but , that will probably never change.

Yes, it is. Will depend on your fitness to serve (i.e., are you able to reasonably able to perform the duties of your grade, rank, rate, rating?)
