TDRL Conditions and Re evaluation

I think I know the answer  but I need to ask because I'm not sure.

I am being placed on TDRL, I had several conditions that were not considered because they were not unfit condition according to the Army. One of those was "neuropathy of unknown ediology". As this conditon continues to decline, will this be considered at the re evaluation?

I imagine that it would but I am no expert by any means.

ND,
I am going through this right now, first TDRL re-eval, with my own conditions. Some conditions were reviewed by PEB and determined non-ratable, while others were never addressed. I have others worded very similarly, "unknown origin," and "possible history of." I spoke with an attorney today and an argument can be made for having them reviewed during TDRL re-eval, but PEB can also argue they were already reviewed or current doctrine tells them not to review them.

An interesting avenue I am exploring is if you disagree with your rating/condition that placed you on TDRL while still on TDRL, can you appeal to BCNR(for Navy/Marine) like myself, or do you have to exhaust all other avenues before they will hear your case? ie, will they make you wait until off of TDRL.

Unless it was pretty blatant as to why PEB didn't see them initially, it's harder to argue them being included later if they aren't related to your unfitting condition or treatment of.

Just my two cents.........

PEB said 40% on one of my conditions while VA rated it at 0% because it is caused by my condition rated at 100% by VA and 0% by PEB. Time will tell........

I hear yea, just pi_ _es me off that they can't figure it out (ie: unknown etiolgy) but continues to get worse. Maybe VA will figure it out.
