First payment should be Aug 1 (that’s what MSC and Peblo told me), claim is still in evidence gathering.

Am i entitled for backpay if i don’t receive anything for this month?

Anyone in the same situation?

Yes you will be made whole. If you didn't reach 20 years for retirement then for most their retirement is offset by the VA. If the VA takes more time you get in this situation but it will backdate to the 1st whole month after you get out.

Does that mean I’m getting 2 payments on sept 1? I apologize I’m really confuse and anxious.

Once the VA process your claims and they are finalized you will get backpay. usually a random date. Then going forward you get paid on the 1st of every month.
