I got this email today. I understand that the Covid started right after my case was forwarded back in December 3 years

We know you are anxious to receive the decision in your case and your patience is greatly appreciated. Due to the virus everyone is teleworking which has slowed processing a bit. Once the final decision is received the Army will notify you.
