SSDI didnt get my mail

Good afternoon.
I received my long form EVAL SSA-45-BK form and mailed it 2 weeks ago.
I called up the SSA # and she didnt see it being received in the CPU.
I have it signed for.
Is it too early for them to get it? I assume there are more mails to open and finish in front of me.
Is this normal?

Hopefully you have a copy in addition to the postal receipt. I'd give it a little more time. I suspect their mail room is huge.
 
Mail room is typically empty. Everything gets distributed the day it arrives.

Probably sitting on a desk, waiting to get worked on.

I have the reciept, etc, but FEDEX didnt add the address. Their protocol. I do have copies.
She advised me too send a FAX to disability with a note attached saying to call me and update me on my form.
I don't know about that now lol
If was working hard on peoples claims, and saw that coming in via FAX, i would be like "OHHH REAAALLLLY"
 
mail it again, and fax it. somebody will get it. better than having them tell you that you missed your deadline.
