Pending decision, suspense date was today. Now I check ebennies and it says it has been kicked back for review of information. It shows what I have sent in, then is shows what I haven't sent in. But both are the same, they are requesting evidence that is already been sent in, and a couple of them show "Continuity(sp)". What the heck. I have tried to call the 800 # several times but this guy with a rather stern voice says we cannot complete your call at this time.

I am confused.... Now they have me out until 8/13. I wanted to retire this month

This is spot on. If you are relying on ebenefits for your accurate updates, you are going to be dissapointed. There is a person on the other side entering information and they aren't doing it in a timely or accurate way.

Are you in the stage where the PEB has sent your packet to the VA for ratings? If so, how long ago did the PEB send it?
