So I got my narsum today and it had sleep apnea on it. I was tested for it after the c&p exams were conducted however. Will the VA rate me for this? If not how do I go about getting it added on to my rating?

Cotant the VA rep you met with between meeting with the PEBLO and your first C&P exam. OSA is not likely to change your DoD rating, as OSA if rarely found unfitting.
If your VA rep refused to add it to your claim, you can submit a fully developed claim to the VA. This can be done online via e-benefits. Have you sleep study doc provide you a copy of the sleep study and complete the appropriate DBQ. You can upload the documents to your claim.
