So I signed my findings on the 23Jan24 (100% P&T with the VA and DoD determined the issues persisted before naval service.) how long is it taking to get the separation message?

You're 100% PT but the DoD didn't give you a rating because it was persisted before service? That makes no sense

Correct. I had ACL surgery before the navy, but needed again while in

I just hit my 8 year mark but started the MEB process at 7.5 years of service

I thought after so many years the military would own pre existing conditions. Or at least say they were aggravated by service.

Yes they do at the 8 year mark

There can not be EPTS after 8 years of AD. Call your PEB Lawyer!
