Separating PTSD/TBI

VA appointments are complete; standing by for the VA to push everything over to DoD to generate the NARSUM.

I reviewed the examiner's DBQ on the Tricare portal to understand what to expect. I noticed that PTSD/TBI is leaning towards being lumped together, regardless of having multiple TBI diagnoses throughout my career from IEDs. Can I do anything to ensure PTSD/TBI doesn't get lumped into the same category since the examiner's notes look like it's leaning that way?

Of note, the examiner did not annotate all the subjective symptoms I deal with on a weekly basis. Guess this is to be expected from everything that I've read.

I am also concerned on how they divide between the two. I have literal holes in my brain from explosions but the DBQ stated that it could not for sure say that one symptom was from one specific diagnosis.
