I can't believe he got his 199 before me...Well congrats on the movement.... Too bad you gotta send it back to them though. What are you arguing, the TDRL?
Awesome man. Just enough days to clear.. Enjoy retirement I soon will get this process over!Got orders today.... I knew it was going to be a struggle getting everything accomplished on time to get out of here as planned but good Lord. Hopefully for yalls sake your transportation isn't as backed up as mine.
Well its enough time to clear, the problem I have though is Transportation is overflowing. With all of the involuntary Seps going on, theres no Appointments. So the first available appointment they have is May 9th. I sign out on the 24th of April and fly home on the 29th. So May 9th doesn't work. So now tonight, i'll be camping out in front of the transpiration office to be one of the first ones to hopefully get a walk-in Appt. And yes, people actually camp out in front of the transportation office here.Awesome man. Just enough days to clear.. Enjoy retirement I soon will get this process over!

I wish it was as simple as CIF. I had an Appt there within two days and walked in and out within a half hour.Sorry to hear that
You'll think CIF would hold somebody clearing up not transportation

Oh i'll be around...Hey how did you know when you hit the transproc list? Was that through your PEBLO? Glad you got your orders. Pissed you beat me and sicotic! you better stick around till we're gone.
Guess that is why it's a bonus being here in Alaska. Very small base and no waits. I don't even have to wait for legal, it just walk in and walk out. Trans is never packed same thing walk in and walk out.. I might get out of at a decent time. Want to be on terminal by may 5th. I think it is possible.Oh i'll be around...
Once I signed my 199, my PEBLO told me i'd get a call from transition within a week or so. Two days later, I got a call. Once you're placed on the TRANSPROC list by the PEB, they'll send a separation message to your transition office. Once that happens, they should give you a call and bring you in. Your TRANSPROC date will be on your transition generated leave form.
Im having problems because all these involuntary separations are going on and transportation is swamped. It wouldn't be a problem if you were getting your orders 1-3 months out like most PCSing, but those in our situation who are handed orders and told you have a couple weeks to be out, its a problem. But... hopefully a little camping trip on the front door tonight fixes that for me.
Well, the long wait for IPEB findings is finally over!-->
-->
I am in possession of my DA Form 199 and its supporting DoVA documentation. With a quick glance, I will probably need to appeal the findings and recommendations of the IPEB.
Basically, my case was adjudicated as part of the Integrated Disability Evaluation System (IDES) under the 19 December 2011 Policy and Procedure Directive-type Memorandum (DTM) 11-015 with the following results:
Moreover, the total IPED proceedings yielded a 29 page document which I shall read thoroughly. To that extent, I have already consulted with the SMEBC and awaiting his evaluation with recommendations.
- PEB referred combined evaluation: 60% DoD rating with placement on TDRL
- DoVA proposed service connected combined evaluation: 100% VA rating
Thus, I quite often comment that "possessing well-informed knowledge is truly a powerful equalizer."
Best Wishes!

I'm on wainwright.Ive been stationed at Wainwright, Schofield is much smaller. Transportation is swamped due to the huge amount of troops who are being shown the door right now. Now maybe this is isolated, I hope it is for the sake of others. But I dont think it is. The cuts are coming across the board. Not just in Hawaii.
Yeah. I realize this. Thats why I said it.I'm on wainwright.
Lol awesome. Hate it here as much as I did? It's snowing right now 3 degrees...after everything melted.Yeah. I realize this. Thats why I said it.
Worst place I have ever lived. Never come back even if I get a free vacation.I love it there... That's actually home for me.
