Filed for Rating Increase using FDC option - April 14, 2013.
Filed 5103 Waiver (3 times) - August 2013, Sept 2013, Nov 2013
Asked DAV for assistance - December 2013
Gathering evidence phase is still incomplete as of March 14, 2014 (all the evidence I have has been submitted)
Filing for TDIU (sheltered employment) on Monday.

I've called the hotline numerous times - no help at all. DAV Seattle has been very helpful and I know that the train moves really slow here... Anyone else having issues with 11+ months of wait time?

I am sorry i may has misled on my timline, my MEB/PEB Tracker still states "IPEB" but last week an "open claim" popped up on Ebenefits. I was told the is a case opened up on Ebenefits that meant you were found unfit. I hope this is the case. i still have not received an unfit memo but i will keep you posted.

Referred: 1 March 2014
Exams Complete: 1 April 2014
MEB Complete: 2 May 2014
IPEB found unfit: 12 May 2014 (on assumption that i have an open claim in Ebenefits)
VA Gathering Evidence: 13 May 2014
 
ALCON- i have a question, My dashboard has skipped over the VA Ratings step and has gone right to PEB Findings. i have a 2012 rating from the VA. Could it be possible that they just used my old rating and gone right to the findings phase????

Hard to say, every case is different.

I was 13 months out from my last rating and before the MEB, and I had to do all new C&P exams all over again and I'm still in the wait phase of 'under review' for 130+ days
 
Just got proposed ratings 70% Army /90% VA

PTSD 70%
Ankle 10% (should be 30% with ROM dorsiflextion at 10 )

how long after your retirement date was your dfas account set up?

I sent my paper work in about 3 weeks ago but my retirement date was just on the 23rd of May. So I think the 30 days starts from the 23.
 
30 days usually start when they receive your HIGH-3 paperwork
 
Today is the 90th day in the rating process, one day closer to that call.
(1unfit, 10 total claimed)
191 total days in IDES Process.
 
Just got off the phone with my PEBLO, she informed me that of the 5 med boardees in my "group" 2 have recieved their ratings. There wait time was less than 30 days. Im am at fort hood and my packet is at seattle.

my retirement account was set up 45 day before retirement. It should show side-by-side to your active duty account on mypay. They did it a week after I turned in my SBP election.
 
Took transition leave 5 Feb and officially retired 15 Apr. Received VA and Army retirement pay today. I was expecting to not see any money for the next 4 mos. They really must've fixed the system or I'm one of the lucky ones. My whole process took less then 12 mos. :D

James any updates? It looks like we have seen a moderate amount of cases come back in the 3-4 month timline and some cases being rated in the 45-60 day timeframe. My packet was transferred to Seattle 2 weeks ago and my stress level is through the roof. My Ebenefits page just states "Gathering Evidence". i contacted the 800# and they were no help. They stated that my packet with at the Atlanta Regional office.
