I don't think the 15 month average is supported by anything factual. the workload report says 200+ days on average to completion with a 50+% backlog. the dashboard still says 140 days for Army. My PEBLO has no clue. My DAV rep says the packet is with the raters, but the system also says "awaiting PEB" guidance; presumably this is the DD214 that is mentioned in the IRIS inquiry.

I'm at 120 today, but after I pass 140 with no good answer, I'm going to intensify the inquiries. There is no valid reason why we shouldn't all understand where we are in the process and when the anticipated completion date (within 45 days) would be.

I agree unfortunately I'm at 176 days at the VA. Nobody can give me a solid answer all I get is 295 days and every case is different. 295 is coming quick so hopefully so dose my DD214.
 
Current VA Ratings time on my daseboard is 129 days is that normal and when do you thin i will have my ratings back and is there anyway i can see if there is a proposed ratings
 
You guys keep forgetting that IRIS messages are scripted answers, which give timelines for VETERAN not IDES soldiers so when it gives you that 15 months it's giving you a average for vet claims who are out of the military, that's why it's best to get a DAV rep who can seperate the timeline of VA and IDES better than the scripted iris or 1800#

This is true but nobody at the DAV has any answers. I am going to my typical Friday rounds trying to find something out. Hopefully this will provide me with something.
 
I am now at Review of evidence which is something been at gathering evidence for a month to the day. I hope it keeps moving forward this time.
 
go figure; at 121 days after the unfit memo went to DRAS, my ebenefits went to "preparation for decision" this AM. It skipped "review of evidence". Hopefully the rest is completed soon.
 
mine went to prep for decision to decision approval this morning ...hopefully I'm almost done too
 
Like I said in my previous post Today my ebenefits changed from prep to decision to decision approval and then to gathering of evidence but it doesn't saying requesting separation documents like everyone else is saying...I'm guessing this is bad?

Hopefully it's good what I am rooting for you. Each case is different and saying that from prep of desision went back to gathering twice. Now having decision approval I would be pumped. Best of luck.
 
Well hit the 150 day mark of waiting for ratings and still no word on anything nor a perm change on eBenefits. PEBLO reported that I should have ratings by end of December or January but that has come and gone. Separation by late February is not looking very promising.

Right with you told a lot of things and nothing has paned out. I just wish they could give some kind of solid answer.
 
144 days received ratings 60-60 so there's hope guys just try to be positive....all I'm waiting now is seperation memo from Peblo so I can get orders drawn up
 
Seattle DRAS called me and said mine would be done in two weeks. Apparently one of the conditions had an inadequate exam. I asked if I had to go back to a VA doc and she said "no" because the in-house medical team would clear it up in 3-5 days.
 
I called the VA today and he yielded me my proposed rating are done, but could tell me what they are. My ebenefits still has reveiw of evedance. If I have proposed rating how am I looking for a time frame.
