My unfit memo was sent same time 04 DEC and My ebenefits hasnt change did they say when they be able to get your propse ratings??
I received my finalized ratings packet in the mail yesterday! Excited to have that wait over. Now I can finally look at paying off some bills and getting my finances back on track.
Indeed, I like the "in a positive note" verbiage albeit I have been in the DoD IDES MEB/PEB process for a total of 491 days and counting.
To that extent, the official termination of the DoD IDES process is forthcoming; therefore, there is light at the end of the 'long and extended" tunnel for sure!

Wow, it took a total of approximately 7 months from signature of DA Form 199 to official receipt of DoVA final ratings via USPS First Class mail!
Indeed, I shall have a lot more waiting upon my forthcoming military disability retirement but at least it will be as a military veteran away from the current active duty military stressors!

Got my revised 199 back and met with my lawyer today. I am being advised to submit a VARR to fix my ratings. Sucks to be so close to the end but then choose to extend it on your own. Wish me luck.
Anyone ever had the SSA tell you, that you do not have enough credits to qualify for SSDI? That's the word I'm getting I've been in the Army for 14 years now and before that i made like 2,000 when I was 15, and maybe like 3,000$ when I was 16. Plus they never even sent me a letter denying me, I think the lady helping me was confused.

Both my additional PEB referred unfitting conditions already have 10% ratings each. Essentially now I am just arguing that one of those conditions was rated wrong and should be higher.

Hmm, interesting in that I received the "Development Letter Sent" message very early in the DoD IDES process upon viewing my eBenefits information.
To that extent, when I made an inquiry to the DoVA, the representative stated that a letter was sent informing me that the Regional VA Office has received my disability claim but they are backlogged and there exist an extended wait for claim completion.

Well, I would definitely suggest that you submit an IRIS inquiry and/or call the DoVA 1-800# for clarification! The DoVA representative should definitely be able to yield a "standard response" explaining its original meaning in my opinion.
