Sicotic,
Im confused what it is your MSC is claiming was sent to the VA on December 11th? It most likely was your C&P exams sent to the VA on the 11th. Im sure you know this, but Your unfit memo has the date on it and you can generally assume it was also sent to the VA for ratings then.

That's what I said. Idk people are just useless.

Well what is your issue your trying to figure out Sicotic?

How close I am. Almost at 30 days at va now.

Oh.... I hear ya. Im in the same boat. Just have to be patient man. Easier said then done I know. The last couple days Ive hasseled my PEBLO, MSC and the VA's 1-800 #. All that I could get out of all of those sources is that they've received everything needed and that its in the works. Rating can take 1-3 months on average right now. So, we just have to be patient. Just as long as you've verified they have everything needed, you just have to sit back and wait.

Ya I seen about 30-45 days for va to finish ratings.

A guy I work with just got his 199 back, and it took a total of 3 months to go through the VA and get the 199 back. His is probably a little more complex then the average person, but it can take that long.

Ask them about adaptive pt, even though your injured your still required to do some type of pt within the limits of your profile, ask your PCM about a positive profile

Trust me your not alone, many of us still have to getup for pt

I have had phase 3 physical. No pt now, plus can't do anything bc of legs and balance issues.

From what I seen here in Alaska average from start to finish is 5-7 months.

When you say "phase 3" physical, what do you mean by that?

Final ets physical. If I get army wont cover.

38 Days at VA!!
Hopefully something will change on EBENIFITS this week or even better I hear my ratings are sent to VA!! I know thats wishfull thinking. Anyone have any luck yet?

This whole system seems backwards. You have to do C&P exams before they even find you unfit. Then, the VA won't rate you until peb sends unfit memo. Even though they might have C&P exams for months at a time. I had my unfit memo like dec 4th but was dated November 28th and always hear not long and nothing else needed but then see new evidence received and I'm not talking about under the status updates. I mean actual new evidence received and what it is they received. Local MSC seems dumb. I asked for update Friday and was told the VA can't rate me until the peblo finishes paperwork and I said the peblo can't do anything until prelim ratings done. Peblo won't help with anything so this all sucks. Rant out haha

Been 30 days for me today. Can't bug my peblo until 45 days. Hopefully hear something soon

im paralyzed and i find way to do pt, anythings possible when you dont let your injuries take over you

If your ratings are out of Seattle unless you have only a few things being rated your likely going to wait 2 months at the least

Not my rule, I can blackout with no signs.

its kool man, just saying dont let your injuries stop you from doing sometype of pt even if its physical therapy, When i got injured i spent two months in a medical halo and could barely move my arms but still tried my best to do some type of exercise

Trust me itll take your mind off of this IDES process

The timelines of the other Regional Offices seem alot faster to me. Does anyone know why. Also it seems strange to me that the majority of the country sends their cases to Seattle. I am sure this is what causes the backlog. Also a side note is that your PEBLO can see the VA's system better than the 1800 guys can. They can tell you when the VA recieved it. For instance I figured they recieved it shortly after I got my Unfit memo but it was about a week later that they started my case.

There are only 3 RO that handles IDES claims, and yes your PEBLO can look into the system, also if you get lucky and find a rep using the 1800# that knows the IDES process they can get you the info you need
